MHA rankings fork between quirk ceiling and character writing. Power-scaling lists put One For All and All For One users on top with Endeavor and Hawks fighting beneath; writing lists tell a different story, where Dabi's reveal and Twice's tragedy out-rank characters who'd beat them in a fight. The villain side consistently out-writes the heroes — the League gets tiers the hero students never reach on sympathy alone. And final-arc power creep flattens everyone, so pre-war and post-war versions belong on different lists. Say which axis you mean before Bakugo fans arrive.
Depends on the list. On strength, Shigaraki and All For One dominate. On writing, Dabi, Toga and Twice are S-tier for tragedy the heroes rarely match — many fans rank the League above the students precisely because the villains got the better arcs.
