A LoL champion list has to declare its rules up front: this patch's win rates, or eleven seasons of identity? Meta lists reshuffle every two weeks and reward whoever Riot last buffed. Icon lists are stickier — Ahri, Thresh, Lee Sin and Jinx hold top tiers on pick rates, playmaking ceilings and skin counts rather than raw numbers. The spiciest fights are always the perma-ban class: Zed, Yasuo and Teemo are S-tier to their mains and D-tier to everyone laning against them.
